Practice Wear Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items in the same condition it was received with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Please keep in mind that using third-party shipping services for your returns is at your own risk. Merchandise returned without the original tag or in used or damaged condition may not qualify for a refund. We may pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong items(s), please call us at 1-312-504-2342 or email us at info@movienstore.com before you start the return process so we can assist you.

Competition Outfits Returns Policy
No returns and no exchanges for custom dresses which are made specifically for you. All Competition Outfits are sold under a separate contract.
Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders with two or more items or one item totaling $99.00 or more before tax within continental US only. Free shipping is applied before coupon and before gift card is used (when applicable).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
